I think commenting on the Daily Express website has been one of the most important tasks I have ever taken on.
Really it has become my trademark. Getting the first comment on any house price rise or decline story.
I really believe a group of people had targeted our national newspapers with the hope of spreading doom and gloom and creating panic. It was a good tactic. Almost the same as getting your own front page.
I think I can safely say I single handedly ruined that plan.
Now any homeowners reading the articles must think ' Blimey are house prices dropping?'
They drop down to the comments and see my positive posts and will just think ' Oh that's all right then. No need to drop the price'
I doubt Joe Public gets past the first post.
In the past these stories were overrun with people wishing a crash on the UK. They went unchallenged until recently.
I'm glad I motivated sellers and they now put the doomers in their place.

haven't been on mse very long but this is easily the most delusional posting I've read so far. Sibley, are you for real?
If I'm delusional then why have I read over a 100 comments about me on other websites?
I really rattled the people who tried instigating a house price crash. I'm very glad to have thwarted them as well. At times I ponder on how much money I have saved sellers. They may have taken a lower bid if I had not inspired them to hold out for top money.
You just think if you were selling. If you were not getting a lot of interest in your place and started reading those type of boards. Their plan would work. All you would need to see is their veiws challenged and you would feel good again and hold your price.
They employed a rotten tactic and I stopped them in their tracks.
Oh, and they don't like it one bit.:rotfl:We love Sarah O Grady0 -
Seriously? have you got nothing else to do over there? Thailand can't be that great. Trolling the express on a semi permanent basis wouldn't be my choice of past-times thats for sure.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Well I just don't see where you'd find the time old boy.
Given that you troll MSE on a permanent basis instead.....“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”

The 'bull's cause' is being done no good, what with threads like this and the _GHOUL_ posts. It's becoming desperately laughable. Keep it up, you're discrediting the very issue you believe in.Have owned outright since Sept 2009, however I'm of the firm belief that high prices are a cancer on society, they have sucked money out of the economy, handing it to banks who've squandered it.0

I have a valid reason, In that I'm stuck at home all day infront of the screen, watching the gold and silver charts and once I bought a position in either market there's nothing much else to do but check in now and then and see how it's doing. trading can be unbelievably boring and the conversation, debate and arguments on here helps to relieve that. whats your excuse?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
