    Take no notice of these negative people poster, many people have done this and in the process, got a shiny new credit record.

    Lord Lucan, Elvis, Bruce Lee and Hitler have all done this and avoided debt collectors.

    desperate people=desperate measures....rather than pay back they want to become another person..tragic for all involved including kids who will one day ask why. This country is in one hell of a mess due to greedy selfish people and as a person who lives off interest by god i have paid for it.
    It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    My credit files are like a migraine due to frequent house moves and a deedpoll name change:rotfl:its certainly not a way to make your files 'easy', and its not just driving lisence and passport - you need to change your details with inland revenue etc, which is a pretty easy way to get it on your credit files too.
