Does anyone know where to get plain sleepsuits, vests, tshirts, bibc etc at wholesale prices?

Sorry I can't help with this one but if you're wanting them for your own little baby then why not try eBay and car boots as they sell for pennies, especially at car boots. Usually around 20p for vests I've seen and generally three items for a pound when it's t-shirts/jeans; etc.

Do you mean retail quantities at wholesale prices or are you looking at buying large quantities to resell.
If the former you probably won't get much cheaper than large discount retailers and supermarkets plus the occasional market stall, if the latter there are quite a few in Manchester, Birmingham and London and probably in other larger cities with wholesale areas.

wholesale prices rarely beat Primark prices especially when they have their massive reductions, and the quality is all about the same.
