OS questions

Hi everyone,

After a very unsuccessful week of budgeting I decided to take a new approach and look online at what's cheap (so Sainsbury's Basics) and work out what I could eat that was Weight Watchers friendly. I've been pleasantly surprised but now I have some questions for you guys (just general ones).....

1) Can I use Diced Pork Shoulder in a casserole in my slow cooker? What else can I do with it? Is it like Casserole steak and only good for slow cooking?

2) How can I make banana bread on a budget? I was hoping to substitute some of the fat for banana and make a filling healthy loaf so I can have it for breakfast (and eat it on the bus if needed) but don't know where to start.

3) What can I use vinegar to clean? Will it get nail polish marks off a bath? It wasn't split on it it rubbed off my toenails!!

Sorry for the weird questions I may be in the wrong forum but I didn't know where to ask exactly.
