The winner will receive a 90-minute personal training session with Richard Callender. Winners will travel to London for the session (with travel paid for) and receive one nights accommodation in a 3* hotel.
The winner and a friend will then jet off to a 5* luxury hotel in Marbella where they will stay for 7 nights (breakfast included in the prize). Winners will receive a free massage in the hotel spa, as well as £1,000 spending money.
When the winner returns home they will receive 10 sessions with a personal trainer at a gym of their choice. Winners will be awarded premium memberships so they can exercise at any time to suit them.

Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 0901 293 00 22 and follow instructions; up to 9 entries per phone number. Each call costs £1.03 from BT landlines.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 83366 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 9 entries per phone number. Holiday
A consecutive seven-night trip for the winner and a companion to Marbella, Spain.The prize includes return flight from any London airport to Marbella, return transfers from Marbella airportto the hotel, hotel accommodation based on two people sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability) and breakfast. The prize must be booked and taken up no later than 31 March 2012. The prize also includes one full body massage for the winner and their companion.

Blackout dates are: Christmas 2011, New Years 2011, Easter 2011 or any public holidays.

Passports must be valid for a minimum of six months at the time of travel. It is the responsibility of the winner and their companions to make sure that they hold valid passports. Travel insurance for the winner and their companion is not included.

Gym membership
The prize is a one-year gym membership and training sessions with a personal trainer. A list of gyms in the winner’s local area will be sent to the winner to choose from (subject to availability). The gym membership will be valid for one year until 31 March 2012 and will be renewable at the winner’s own cost. Please note that personal training sessions must cost no more than £50 (fifty pounds) per session (any cost over £50 shall be payable by the winner).

Salon hair cut
The prize is a salon hair cut at any salon of the winner’s choice up to the value of £100 (one hundred pounds) which must be booked and taken up no later than 31 March 2012.

Shopping giftcard
The prize is a £1,000 (one thousand pounds) gift card to spend in participating UK stores of either Debenhams, John Lewis or House of Fraser (the ‘gift card’). The gift card will expire within 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be used for the redemption of large kitchen appliances or mobile phones. The gift card is subject to additional terms and conditions and restrictions including but not limited to the following:

· The gift card may be redeemed against purchases at any Debenham, John Lewis or House of Fraser store subject to restrictions.

· The value of any monetary balance of the gift card may not be refunded and/or exchanged for cash or cash equivalent. No change will be given.

· Some products and stores may be excluded.

· The gift card can be used as full or part payment on goods and services in corresponding stores on the gift card only.

· Purchases made in store with the gift card are not refundable in cash. If any product purchased with the gift card is exchanged or refunded, any money owing will be added to the balance on the gift card.

Unusually, it doesnt say - but normally its the same amount of times as the phone/text/red button entries, so going by that, it should be 9 times.

It will stop you when you have entered the required amount of times online, so you wont enter too many times and disqualify yourself.
