MBNA Credit limit

Hi all,

Im fairly fresh out of university, been in my new job about 6 months in a new place (not on the electoral roll just yet). I have just applied for an MBNA platinum plus card (0% for 16 months on balance and money transfers). As far as I'm aware I've never missed any payments - Ive had a credit card with natwest for about 3 years and has been in use (nothing on it at the moment though), had a decent mobile phone contract for 5 years+. I have no outstanding debts other than my student loan and I my reference salary is around 26K (household with my gf makes this higher)

Any opinions on what credit limit I might get - or what others have been offered under similar circumstances? I could do with as much as possible towards a car and don't fancy 13%+ on a loan.

Cheers.

Without being on the electoral role you mightn't get the card atall especially having just moved.

This is a sign of instability and puts strict lenders like MBNA off
