mis-priced holiday?

hi, just booked an hotel in spain, i'm pretty sure it been mis-priced.

i booked a 2 bed s/c apartment costing a little over £400 yet the studio is £500 and 1 bed apartment is £700??
most other websites do have it at £800+ for the exact same 2 bed apartment.

i paid a small deposit yet to be taken from my account,

what are the odds on them realizing before they take it, or honoring the price if the do take the deposit?

i dont want to give details of the holiday, but its with alpharooms who ive used a few times before.

its just we haven't booked the flights yet and they are really cheap at the moment, was going to book them tomorrow but if the room gets cancelled then we have no option to go to the same area.

ta, k

You should contact the company to make sure that the price offered is the real price, for several reasons.

In practical terms, the company may withdraw the holiday or price citing a mistake. You may have rights inasmuch as they are not strictly able to do this legally, but while you are arguing with them you miss your holiday.
Also, you will have peace of mind that this will not happen to you!

just had an email confirming apartments, they did take £80+ deposit which should have been £6 or £7 , but it is confirmed now, and balance due is correct.
just checked online and the exact same apartment for our dates are now nearly £850, around the same as all other websites.
still get a feeling they'll email back sooner or later.
