i have followed all the steps for reclaiming and eventually got confirmation from central trust that i am due to be repaid 3600

they did mention a legal challenge that is or will be going on
will this challenge affect my refund ??

Hi and welcome
Many are in the same position as you, and are being told they will have to wait longer though before they receive their refund.
Last week there was a court case in regards of a Judicial Review via ppi complaints, check on the link below for more details.....
Well done though.

I this a refund to put you back into the position you would have been in had you not taken the insurance? Central Trust are trying their luck at the minute and offering rubbish payouts0
