Tried to google it but it comes up with all sorts of stuff trying to sell me things.

Windows 3.1 springs to mind, or maybe Norton AntiVirus c 1995 , or Manic Miner C64 version, None of which will be any use on my Intel i2525 Sandy Bridge Over Troubled Waters optical 3d hearing aid.
