I had similar earlier in the year, phoned Sky up to tell them to cancel my contract. They asked why & I said it'd stopped working so I can't see the point in paying for it anymore.

They said they'd come & repair it with out any charge and I could still cancel later if I wanted. They put up a brand new dish.

Thanks skim, might tell my husband to phone them up, it in his name so they probably wouldn't do anything until he could authorise it
