Quidco - how to get money?

Wasn't sure where to put this but thought this forum may be the most suitable.

I'm waiting for a payment of £45 from Quidco for a Sheila's Wheels Insurance policy dating back to October 2009. The purchase has been validated on Quidco, but I have yet to recieve anything. I have sent Quidco a few messages on their Quidco support area querying this, but for months I have had the same sort of message back:

'I apologise we have still not received the funds for your purchase but we are working closely with the retailer to resolve this matter. The retailer is aware of the delay and I can only apologise for any inconvenience this matter has caused you.'

'Thank you for your continued patience, we are still waiting on this and hope to have a resolution very soon.'

Am I likely to see this money or shall I give up now? Is there any way I can hurry them up? On other purchases Quidco have been fine, but this one has taken so long. I do know that cashback is not guaranteed by the way.

I had something similar with Topcashback, although I hadn't submitted a query, I just made a comment on their Facebook page about lack of cash back, funnily enough I got the cashback credited to my account with hours;)
