balance transfer question

forgive my naivety but I have a question about balance transfers. I currently have a car on finance and am really unhappy with it. Would I be able to transfer the balance on to a balance transfer card or would I be unable to do this?

Is it the car or the finance you are unhappy with?

You cannot do a straight transfer onto a credit card.
What you may be able to do (subject to acceptance, credit limit etc) is to get a credit card that allows super balance transfers - these allow you to transfer money from your credit card to your bank account (for around a 4% fee) and then you can use the bank account to repay the loan.
