Scottish Hydro are a joke!
I changed to Scottish Hydro in Sept 2008 for both gas & electric.
On receipt of my first bill both my first readings were wrong. Nowhere near what Scottish Power issued as my last reading for my final bill. I phoned up in May2009 to sort out this issue and through no fault of my own I didnt keep an eye on it. I got issued a very high electric bill last week so I rummaged through and noticed that the readings had not been changed to what they should have been away back in 2008. So they are now saying I owe them less what I thought my bill was last week for electric but now more for my gas
All these companies are out to rob us blind
So changing from them to someone else, dont know who yet but I can assure you, this is the last time I change! At the end of the day you think you're saving money but it all works out the same at the end result.
Anyone recommend a company that wont rob me silly? :rotfl:
