hi all - need some advice.
i am currently on a dmp (since March 2010) and all going well. have been with employer for 15 years but a high possibility of redundancy in june - when do i start to offer a full and final settlement with debtors? also - will debtors take all my redundancy pay - single parent with two children - will have to go on benefits but don't want to be left with no redundancy after 15 years!
Please help
