Barclaycard 0% Question..

I just got a B/C Platinium with a £8100 limit.
I have transfered £5800 onto it from another card.

Now, the B/C has 0% on transfers for 17mths and 13mths 0% on purchases.
If I used it to pay hmrc £2000 today this would show as a purchase.

If I set up a direct debit to repay £160 p/m this should repay £2k+ within the 13mths window.

My question is, as payments now have to pay off the most expensive debt first would the repayments come off the 'purchase'?

Obviously, once both 0% periods have finished (if b/t's are at a lower apr) it would but with bothe debts currently at 0% where will the payments be allocated?
If they are going to go against the oldest balance or be shared out among them somehow I would rather keep the payments aside and pay a lump sum once I start paying intrest on the purchase.

Another question, My online statment shows as mininium payment £0.
Do I not need to make any payments as I am not being charged any intrest?
I thought the mininium payment was 5%?
Obviously I want to make the minimum payments so I don't lose the 0% deal, I set up a direct debit to do so but It shows it won't be taken until march. Should I make manual payments in the mean time? How much?

They do now. But they charge a 1.25% fee for the payment.

Not sure about the payment allocation order but I think its often written in the T&C.
