ive had a breakdown they are comming after 3 days, is that right? an can i cancel my policy and go on to british gas cause i heard they come straight away

What British Gas claim and what really happens are very different things.
The likelyhood of BG coming out straight away and repairing your boiler is remote (based on my experience of using them). I doubt they will be much different to EON.
