Not sure if this is in the right thread but it can always be moved if not.

Back in October I gained employment with Acoustica Manufacturing, the job lasted just 3 weeks (probably because I pointed-out that the pay was advertised at £7.00 - £9.50 p/h, but they only pad £6.13 p/h). Anyway, having signed-back-on for JSA, I duly contacted my Mortgage Payment Protection Insurers (AXA). They were happy to class the work as temporary as it meant I could start receiving payments as soon as Acoustica gave them info regarding my start/finish dates.

As I write this, Acoustica have still to provide this info despite several phone calls, texts and emails from both AXA & myself. I even got AXA to email me the form that Acoustica needed to fill-in, and I then drove to the factory and hand-delivered it along with a covering letter and a stamped & addressed envelope for them to return it to AXA in. Two weeks on, and still nothing.

Is there anything I can legally do to force Acoustica to give this information to AXA?. Without it, AXA will not pay my MPPI and pretty soon I will run out of money and will not be able to pay the mortgage.

Any advice is most welcome.

Is AXA not able to use the dates on your P45 as evidence of your start/end date? Or your final payslip?

You should've done. You get one when you leave a job so that it has all your details on to pass to your next employer. It's likely you'll have given part of it to the JC when claiming JSA. Have a look through your paperwork to see if you can find it. Otherwise speak to JC to see if they can get you a copy
