Jobless - moved back with Mum, any help available?

My sister was made redundant last year and is being repossed next week - long story and she has exhausted all routes.
She has moved in with my Mum. Is there any help she can get towards her being able to pay my mum board? My mum will lose her 25% discount on council tax due to my sister moving in plus her bills will increase a bit as more gas, electric, water etc will be moved. I cannot find anything suggesting there is help available which would seem a little unfair given if my sister was in a rented property she would be getting housing allowance.

You sister will have to pay your Mum board out of her JSA0

If she was in her own place her JSA would be used for gas, electic food etc so exactly the same here0

Encourage your mum to download and complete the MSE budget planner on the free tools section and work through the site to identify how to make savings, such as cheaper suppliers and tariffs.... The means tested benefit system is premised on mutual support and assistance between close relatives and couples that live together, and therefore they are expected to come to a private agreement on how to contribute to household expenses.0 -
Mum needs to apply for the second adult rebate on her CT bill and to notify LHA that she has an adult dependent.
Your sister will have to pay mum all or nearly all of her JSA to cover food and bills. She needs to retain enough to get to the signing on sessions. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
