What have you done to the International Call Checker?

What have you done to the International Call Checker?

It is a total mess.
Incomprehensible.
Over complicated.
Cannot use it.

I get:
6.12p/min
(12.24p connection)

What on earth does this mean?

Why have you put the landline or phone company you phone from in?
It messes with the results where as the old system worked this new one does not and it is inaccurate anyway.

At least with the old system you could question your provider when it comes to dealing with these type of access numbers.

I am with Virgin and it throws out decimal points as answers.

I'm not quite sure about the confusion "
    6.12p/min
    (12.24p connection)"

Means you will be charged 6p/min plus 12p connection (one off charge for dialling)

I will get the decimal places checked out.

But the key to the new tool is that it tells you the real cost you pay - the old tool only told you the price from a BT line which was irrelevant for most.

Do let us know how you think we could display it more easily
