Id start by going into internet options and deleting your files and cookies.
Also simply try pressing F5 when the window is open to refresh it.0 -
thanks kriss, tried the above but still hasn't worked.:smileyheaRachel xx0

A browser is an application used to surf the net... your probably using Internet Explorer but theres a few others.
Usually when a page fails to respond to a command its usually because your pc is clogged up with internet files and its failing to reload new ones.
What exactly isnt working... are you ticking the boxes of the items you want to delete.. then clicking "remove".. what happens after this?0 -

Oh well sounds like ebays fault.
But like I say.. when you have trouble loading and reloading pages on the net, or pages load with minus the images and parts of the page then 99% of the time its just a case of clearing the files and/or cookies.0 -
Thanks for all the help everyone. I will wait and see tomorrow if it is still happening. Rachel:smileyheaRachel xx0
