How do I stop Paying the Credit Card Companys

Options
Morning, have posted on “debt free wannabe” about my issues, was wondering how do I go about contacting the credit card companies I owe & tell them I would like them to do reduced payments, do I just stop paying them then contact them or contact them 1st, I’ve never missed a payment but its now beyond a joke what I pay on 5 credit cards & 1 store card.
Thanks Tottonian

I would suggest to stick to the debt free wannabe board and ask any questions there
also contact one of the free debt agancies and seek their advice
CCCS, Payplan, nationdebtline all give free advice and support
