And it's starting to cost me a fortune!
I've been trying to ring them in the cheap times for a week now (after 6pm and on sat) and haven't been able to get through, no matter how many times I've tried (a LOT) and today is the last day I need to advise them of my self employed income!
I'm not sure what to do, I've been ringing and ringing today, cost me a connection fee and a couple of minutes charge to ring them each time, but it always ends with me being chucked off due to it being so busy.
Any ideas?

Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.

Oh thanks! Just read through the thread and got the idea to call the 600 number, instead of the 900.
Went through straight away! To a person. Flabbergasted I am.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -

To anyone else trying to get through. I tried on Friday and couldn't get through. I could see what would happen - run up phone bill all weekedn trying to get through so sent them a letter saying I had tried. Hopefully they will get it today. Cost of stamp much cheaper than phone bill. If you post letter today, explaining you have been tring to get through, they would be very unreasonable not to accept your letter if it arrived on 1st Feb.0
