Thanks for the lists - sorry you're hands are hurting. Can you delegate the flying stuff today? Sorry, I don't know about your son but hope that means progress?!? Will they refer him for physio or do you have to sort it yourselves?

ps hope I didn't offend you with my throwaway comment - I sometimes forget I don't really know the people I'm talking to online and just blether away...:o

I am impossible to offend.. OH is trying to decide which ones of you he should come try out when he gets bored of me :p

he is already under physio so no problem there

Flying just won't get done, I can lift stuff no heavier than a cuppa which is really annoying.. but I still need him to empty vacuum.. I can't even get the lid off the coffee jar today

    Afternoon all

I've done the bathroom/toilet today. Also got some washing out on the line, it's sunny and breezy but the ground's not really drying up so I don't think the washing will dry properly.

    Hope everyone's OK.

    Nixie - so sorry :(

Belated Happy Birthdays to JJEF, Mumto5 and Sockdrawer.

Kazwookie - in Lincoln  Hope you haven't been peering through my windows and reporting back to Pigpen. :rotfl:

Esio Trot - sorry to hear about your house - hope your viewing goes well and you find something you like soon

Paulies Nixie - I am so sorry - my thoughts are with you.

Helen Jelly - my thoughts are with you and all your family

I am struggling with my flying - but at least being on here is helping to keep me motivated and pick up tips along the way. I have worked really, really hard this week to try to fly, after work and in between other commitments ............ and have only managed my dailies and a couple of HHIs - oh, and I have spent at least 10 minutes in my RoD every day. But that does mean the house is at my minimum level of tidiness - albeit still in CHAOS.

I am thinking of trying yet another new strategy now. All my lists for this week are printed on separate pieces of paper, and my plan is to take each piece of paper in turn at the weekend, and do an HHC from that day. I feel motivated, and each room then has to be half an hour tidier/cleaner/more decluttered. Doesn't it?

You should see me running after anyone else who hasn't completed their flying during the week!

    Hi all

Helen so very sorry to hear your sad news. (((HUGS)))

Nixie (((HUGS))) for you also; I'm so sorry hun.

Piggers ooh, it's soooo frustrating when the ol' paws play up isn't it?

Happy belated birthday to Mumto5 and Sockdrawer and Jinky and Pigpen's Dad; sorry I missed you yesterday, I didn't get online as we were.... erm.... otherwise occupied.;)

We did go out later though – I had a cheque to bank, and we finally bought Mr LW a new watch; I'd promised him one at Yule, but I don't like going into town in December as I can't cope with the crowds - no fun in a wheelchair – you're at everyone else's groin height..... eeewwwwww!!!!

I'm desperately tired again today; may be something to do with yesterday, but even so, it shouldn't be this bad. I'm debating whether to mention it yet again when I go for my meds review later this month, or would I just be wasting my breath.:(

Right, that's lunch decluttered, so I'd better go and have a go at the bath – Mr LW was running a tad late this morning, and didn't wash it down as he usually does, so it's a weeny bit skanky.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
  • WM on, Bleach in Loo's, Pongy Pets cleaned, Windows open to freshen house, bin bag dance done, going to swish in the kitchen now whilst the kettle boils.

be back for more later, promise! x
