Reel Cinema - PRAISE

Turned up to see Tangled after booking it yesterday online and getting confirmation number. Automatic machine didn't recognise it so saw cashier but still getting refused. She reserved 2 seats and called manager. He couldn't trace our booking, I'd forgotten the number but had the card I'd booked with.
He put us through for free. How kind of him. I mean he just took what I said, very calm and reasonable.
He also took us to another till to put through food/drinks and jump the queue.
Got home, found the original payment online hadn't gone on card (yet) so happy that I'm not double paying and having to chase a refund. Even if it does go through, I am only paying for what I saw.
Well done Reel. Great customer service.

    It's worth the manager doing that because of the goodwill created and no doubt you will go back there again!
