Muffins (blueberry or raspberry and lemon for my tastes!) or pancakes - simple but yummy!0

how about cheese & bacon croisants .. lightly cook the bacon, while it is cooking, slice through the croisants & layer in some cheese... add the hot cooked bacon & warm through to melt the cheese in a low oven - delish!!!I THINK is a whole sentence, not a replacement for I KnowSupermarket Rebel No 19:T0

american pancakes and bacon?
bagels and scrambled eggs
homemade granola or breakfast bars
full english or a really good sausage and mushroom butty takes some beatingPeople seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

It's hard to beat a bacon butty, especially if you make the bread yourself
Do you have a waffle maker by any chance? Otherwise pancakes with maple syrup.
Blueberry muffins are always lovely.
Full English, or even better an Ulster fry (with some fried soda bread)
Swiss bircher muesli, which is great because it's hardly any effort and most if it is done the night before.0 -
Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon
Big pot of steaming, fresh coffeeKeep calm and carry on0 -
eggy bread
cinnamon french toast
creamy mushrooms on toast
although i don't think you can beat a fried egg sarnie for the ultimate breakfast on thick sliced sandwich loaf
I'm sure your guest will be pleased with anything you make for them:j:j:j0 -

have a look at this, prep done the night before, & just bung in the oven when you get up. Do this when DS has friends stay over, goes down a storm & great for using up fridge bits. It's only a bargain if you were going to buy it anyway!0 -
I agree with the pancake idea, especially with a side of bacon. Yummy!!
Also, there's this idea from a magazine that sounds divine, if I can remember it correctly it was basically a breakfast trifle.
In a glass put a small amount of nutty museli in the bottom, put a couple of teaspoons of apple juice in to moisten the muesli. Then put a layer of nie fresh yoghurt into the glass ( I think strawberry would be yummy) and then top with some kind of fruit like strawberries and raspberries.0 -
That was supposed to say *nice fresh yoghurt!0
