British gas !!!!

I want to vent me annoyence on british gas
my friend lost her pay as you go key to her electric
she rang them at 6.10pm last night it took 20 for someone to answer the phone when they did the man said o nothing we can do ? So we went to look for key in the shop it was lost nope couldnt find it
So 7 15 pm rang B/Gas again this time it took 15 min before someone answered then woman said ok it go get the code ( you need a code so you can go get replacment key from shop )
After 40 min still hanging on then 41 min the line went dead :mad:
so rang back this time it took 35 min before someone answered spoke to a man he said il go get a code then after another 15 min wait he came back on and said oh the department is closed and cannot do any think till monday :eek: bear in mind there was 20p left on the meter then he said il ask if some one can come out ok i said off he went
I waited . waited and waited still not back finally being on the line for 75 min he returned and saod some one will be out in about four hours time:eek: I said well I have a 2 month old baby need feeding the electric will go soon he shouted at me aand said IT WAS YOU THAT LOST THE KEY SO DONT COMPLAIN:mad: AND THEN CUT ME OFF so after 80 min on the phone i was fumming .
Then this morning my friend called me to say no one came out so she rang spoke to a nice womam who explain the meter she got has and extra emergancy credit from frid to monday so it wouldnt have gone , she was disgusted by the way the the other customer service people delt with the calls
so come monday morning i am on the phone to make a complaint about the way i was treated and the bad customer servive from the other 3 people

no i made out i was my friend and i will do tomorrow (with her consent as she get flustered on what to say ) and as i used to deal with customer complaints i knew what to say0

Hope you get on OK, I'm with British Gas, though with a credit meter, and have to say they are usually very helpful, which was quite a surprise.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
well they wernt last night i think it was disgusting how the spoke last night if irt was my friend talking to them she would have been i tears as i had it on speaker phone and i dont call the customer service what i got last night0

Just up date made complaint to british gas this morning explain all i went through on sat night and they said it was unacceptable
gentman rang back this afternoon and they crediting £23 to eletric key and retraining the 3 involved and
i did say can you thank the lady my friend spoke to on sunday morning as her customer service was exci rlent please say thank you to her so it pays to complain0
