We called the operator and they're still saying we're going, which is fine, but told us to call back on a daily basis. If we can't go they'll rebook us somewhere, or apparently as we paid by credit card, we can get a refund.
So now my holiday destination is a mystery - hope it's still warm tho, I got some new sandals at the weekend!:D

Hi DB, we go a week today and really looking forward to it. As already stated unless the FCO advise against it then you will be expected to travel. No one knows for sure what is going to happen, so all this supposition is pointless, and it is a matter of taking it day by day.:pB&SC No. 298

That's interesting. There was a Breaking News caption on Al-Jazeera this morning that said "the militia is on the streets of Sharm" .
Hope you have a nice holiday somewhere OP, I'd put money on it not being Sharm......................I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0 -
