Can anyone advise on a very low price scanner/fax/printer/copier that uses cheap ink refills? Its needs to have a flatbed for copying. Or a flatbed scanner/printer/copier without a fax, as I could always get that separately.
I just need one that is easy to set-up as I am not very technical. I don't need high quality printing, but one that will scan etc., without having to download programmes etc. I have a laptop with Windows 7
Thanks

Thank you very much for your helpful replies today.
Actually, I was hoping that my question might have been read by someone who has already bought a printer/fax/scanner and could say if it was any good or not. If anyone has uses a printer/fax that they would recommend, it would good if they could put the details on here.0 -
I've found the HP's that use the front-mounted tanks that pump ink to an internal head are by far the cheapest to run. HP patented a head-cleaning system that sucks the ink into the head's built-in 5ml tanks instead of pumping the ink out onto a catch-tray, so no ink is wasted.
The carts are the 'HP 363' range, and you get 600 pages+ of black text from the standard cart.Never Knowingly Understood.

There are some very low price HP ones in Tesco & Ryman.
I'm not sure how good they are, but they are cheap!0
