google toolbar probs..

Trying to get used to laptop but t wont let me use google toolbar...assume I have to change settings etc but not sure what or how. When I've tried it just wont let me into explorer & shuts down... Can any of you lovely computer peeps help please?

So if you uninstall the toolbar, all is OK. If you reinstall it, IE shuts down or the whole laptop shuts down? (please clarify). Some corporate virus checkers class Google Toolbar as a virus and auto delete an essential file in the Temp directory during installation. Checked your antivirus log?0
