Pizza Hut

After waiting over 45 min after the time we were told that our pizza would be delivered, we called the store and was offered £5 off our next order. The next week we were told this was not on the system and I would need to speak to the person who offered the discount. I did this a day before we ordered again and was told it would come off that order.
However when we ordered we were told that we would have to spend over £15 before they could discount..... then they forgot some of the order and we had to wait till the driver came back. I would have told them to shove it, but the person who gets the pizza is very easy going. (he is the only one who eats it). I however am on a quest to be a pain in the backside to any company who provide useless service (terms and conditions on a discount for poor service, ARE THEY KIDDING ME!:mad: ). I have spoken to head office because I gave the shop a fair chance. Will update this post when I hear back.

I waited for 30min at one of their huts for a take away, when I decided to ask where my order was it seemed like they had missed it, I finally got my order and my money refunded and a note from the manager for a £30 discount, when pointed out that I very much doubt I would be ordering anything for £30 in value he wrote out 3 £10 credit notes.....so got paid about £46 for waiting 45 min (30min and 15 min for my order to be cooked) I suppose it depends on what mood the manager is inBe ALERT - The world needs more LERTS0

I used the vouchers, to order a take out, and was called :xmassign: :xmassign: up half way through pizza when the store attempted to refuse to accept them, even though I had told them before I had ordered I would be paying with them. The voucher clearly said it could be used for delivery but this was disputed. I asked for a name and said I would call head office to clear up the problem, and he then agreed to accept them.
I was unaware of the animal issues, and if you read this gibby are there any food chains that treat their animals better.
I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

I had great fun with them once... I was ill and the misses cant drive so decided to order pizza and they were the only ones to deliver to area.
Call them up, order, get told that it will be there within the hour as they were very busy. After an hour and a half call up and get told that they are very busy, sorry for the delay but it will definitely be there within 30 minutes. 30 minutes passes so call again and get told that they had tried to deliver it 45 minutes ago (ie before the last guy had said it hadnt left yet) but the driver couldnt find my house so brought it back to base.
Obviously at this point had to tell them that we live on the same road as their shop and if their driver cant find a house that is less than a mile on the same road how does he find anywhere. Guy on the telephone went off for a second and then came back and said he had confused our order with someone elses and that the driver had been to our door 20 minutes ago but accidentally dropped the pizza out the box on our door step and so after cleaning up had to bring it back to base.
Naturally send the misses out.... not a single mark to show a dropped pizza nor any footprints in the frost. Challenge them again and they then said that prehaps he had gone to the wrong house and had dropped the pizza on their door step.
Enough was enough so demanded to speak to the manager and was told the meal I had ordered tonight hadnt even gone in the oven yet but he would get it done straight away. Wouldnt have to pay for tonights because of the delay, free pizza next time for the delay and a second free pizza for the rubbish excuses his staff had given.... so 3 hour wait to get 3 free orders.All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers

I like eating at Pizza Hut because if they make a mistake, you don't pay. They make a lot of mistakes0 -

OMG Pizza Hut.... :mad: Two nights in a row we've had a pizza delivery guy turn up with pizza for us at our address, but we didnt order it!!!!!!!!!!:eek:
The delivery guy totally didnt believe me as he said the order comes through via the computer according to the caller display on the phone, and he even had our correct phone no on the receipt.
Then today, nearly 24 hours later, another delivery man turned up with another pizza. We called Pizza Hut via 188188 and spoke to the manager, who said he had caller display showing our number, but I told him we too had caller display and our phone shows all the calls we've made and that we havent called them. How strangeAnyway I asked that our details be removed from their database.......I cant even remember the last time we got takeaway pizza. I really resent being made to feel like it was all my fault, definitely wont be ordering from them again.:mad:
