hi dose anyone have the address for dla as i want to tell them that i no longer need to claim pc rate of dla as she is now better but i cant find any of the letters telling me where i need to send it thanks

my dd has acute anxity issues which had left her with a toilet issue she has been reciveing treatment under a child mental health consultant and is now much better with controlling her toilet needs so i dont feel i need to contuine with the claim regarding her pc rate why do you aski cant slow down i wont be waiting for you i cant stop now because im dancing0
