Hi

Does anyone know anything about a website called e-cig world?

Placed an order on 10 January for e-cig liquid for hubby. Still not arrived, order still shows as 'processing', no answer from their phone - have left two messages (no response) and emailed twice (no response).

While its not a great deal of money I've lost (under £20) its a pain....anyone know anything about the company....should I have steered clear?

looks like they use Paypal for payment ??

log onto paypal and open a dispute as goods not recieved

Never had any dealings with this company. I use Totally Wicked... Never had a problem with them. I usually get my goods within 48 hours.
