Hi,
Has anyone appealed against a tax credit out of time decision?
The claimant gave the wrong income information on the renewal form, which resulted in an overpayment. They have since submitted a P60 to prove this and the Tax Credit office have agreed that no overpayment is due, however they are still recovering it because the claimant was out of time in notifiying them of the error.
