How do I close my cc? I have tried to call the bank and then they said they would call me back. Instead of calling them is there any way i can close this online?

Write a letter to Nat West card services (address will be on your last statement) saying you no longer wish to use the card and ask them to close it. Simples.
I assume there is no debt on the card (no trailing interest perhaps?) and it is up to you to cancel any recurring payments.
If you do not do this they will simply reopen the card if anybody processes a transaction on it.0 -
Call the number on the back of the credit card and tell them you want to camcel it. I've done that before now and appart from having to answer questions whether they can do anything to do for me to keep me as a customer I've always managed to close it just fine.0

I wrote a letter to the address on the back of my credit card and told them I wanted to close the account.
Within three working days the card was de-listed from my online banking services.0
