Best and worst creditors to deal with
Comments
-
our worst was santander bunch of wa****s they are one of our lowest debts but have been the worst to deal with added interest every month and also charges for being over limit (we wernt over limit untill they put charges on ) they would not accept dmp or pass us on to a debt collection agency so in the end we stopped paying them and forced them to pass us on to debt collection agency who have stopped the interest and accepted the payment , if they are doing this to you dont bother with the phone calls or begging letters they dont care
barclays not brill either
our best are mbna and halifax0 -
Tesco have been fine with me, staff are even pleasant! Nat West have and continue to be appalling, ignoring letters, claiming never to have got letter, losing letters (including stuff sent by recorded delivery) demanding medical evidence despite me sending proof of sickness benefit, threatening me with a charging order as soon as I missed one payment on my loan. I despise them!!0
