Hi
I am new to this forum. I was made redundant on 1st October 2010 and was not redeployed to a number of vacancies that I applied for and jobs were given to outside applicants. I have taken legal action and the Respondents asked for an extension and they got the extension. They asked for more information on my claim and the tribunal has sent me a 'Case Management Order' to comply with.
Can the tribunal do this? I responded to the first letters and sent response to the tribunal and copy to respondent. The respondent wrote again to tribunal after 7 days saying that I had not responded, and asked for more details.
Can someone help, please?
