Indoor/set top TV aerial

I'm looking for an indoor aerial for my study as an external one is not an option.
Has anyone got any recommendations for an aerial that gives a decent picture? I'm not looking to spend any more than £30.
Argos have quite a range, but I was hoping that someone who actually has one and is happy with the picture could recommend one.
Thanks.

I have one of these

and its excellent. So excellent in fact that I purchased another to hookup to the second TV in the kitchen. They work a dream and turn what is an unwatchable picture into a fabby one.
Same thing is for sale in Maplin for £19.99

It's impossible to say whether an indoor aerial will work until you try it so make sure you buy from somewhere that will take it back with no questions asked.
You will have the best chance if the window of your study faces towards the transmitter (check the way nearby aerials point).0 -

Yeah, that's why I thought Argos would be the best bet.
I had contemplated buying a couple at the same time and then taking back the poorer one.
