Can't believe the people who drive around in Winter with the flicker of the SatNav or leaving the fittings of one on show to every criminal in Britain. The police spends £10000's of pounds running around after this type of crime. Why not leave £300 in cash sat on the dashboard?
I agree that no-one should should be able to have the right to break into a vehicle and steal but the world today is very different. Sat Navs are usually stolen by 12 year olds on pedal bikes from vehicles that say 'come and get me'.

Sadly true. Repeat victimisation is a problem, after the first burglary you are 4 times more likely to be burgled again. Best to keep everything tight as a drum and not be locking the stable door!
