    So is it compensation you are after? No?
    I doubt very much he comes under a SOGA but I am sure we can find a loophole.
    Did you take him back but couldnt get a refund because shops dont have to unless he is damaged or faulty and its you that has to prove he is one or tother, you could get an engineers report......
    I think we need more details............;)
