Shower to be installed above existing bath.

Electric shower thinking £150 for reasonable quality?

Water pipe from loft supply?

Electric supply and any fuse/switch etc?

Tiling (simple white) above bath to ceiling?

Yes that should buy you a decent shower unit.

    Water pipe from loft supply?

Possibly. It needs to be conected directly to a cold supply.

It will need a clean supply and its own fuse spur and an isolating switch. The cable is expensive as it will probably need to be 10mm twin and earth and the cost will depend on how far the unit is from your consumer board. Some lower power showers use 6mm. But I think it would be the norm to run 10mm these days.

I would think £700 would easily put this to bed.

One thing to bear in mind. Your water pressure needs to be reasonably strong, especially if you go for a higher output unit, ie 10Kilowatts, say. If your water pressure is on the low side then you would do better to seek out a lower output unit of say 8 to 8.5Kw. Otherwise you might be troubled with the water being too hot.
