hello everyone im hoping that someone/people could help me with a laptop.
I recently bought a samsung r60plus laptop (second hand) and didnt get the disks to do a fully system restore, i have looked online but there is so much information that my little head is getting fried
The second problem that i have is that when i try to do updates through microsoft update program it gives me a error code 42D9 and error code 80070643
the third problem (im not sure if this is a problem) is that a program called divx keeps starting up when laptop is switched on and asking me to do a update every day! is this normal? could it be because of the microsoft update? what is the program lol

the only answer in your case if the first method does not work is to remove office and install Open Office (or nothing if you don't use office anyway)Ex forum ambassador
