Confused Please Help

I am on Work Related ESA and my pregnant girlfriend is on JSA. She as moved in with me and my parents as she as been forced to leave her house by her mother.

Can she still go onto Income Support at 29 Weeks Pregnant and can I still be on my ESA?

Really confused on what we have to do.

Thanks.

This question was answered earlier, when it was explained that you will need to make a joint claim. Your GF can't claim IS because she isn't a lone parent.

Yes but in our pregnancy book it states under the IS part.

If your over 16 years old and a single parent you can claim or if your 29 weeks pregnant with no mention of being single or not you can claim.

It says you cannot claim if your partner works over 24 hours which I don't as I am on ESA.
