you're using live messenger on your computer from behind a router (either wireless or wired) and either your computer or the router has UPnP (universal plug and play) turned off.
that's what 'a non UPnP port restricted NAT' means, and is 100% perfectly fine.0 -

although you may find you need upnp enabled on your router for other on-line stuff, like PS3, xbox, etc.........Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0
