Corrupted DVD?

I think I may have a corrupted DVD which I burnt a year or so ago, I would normally have no problem with this but it is the only digitised copy I have of my wedding!!!
I have tried several programs to extract the raw footage so I can reauthorise it on another program but to no avail, I have tried DVD shrink as well. It isnt a commercial DVD just what a friend did on his old VHS camcorder and I converted it, another problem is I dont have a video recorder anymore.
Does anyone have a clue what to do?

Try DVD DECRYPTOR (free to download and use)
It will keep trying to read the information (You can set how many times it tries)
If it fails then your probably out of luck:idea:0 -
There was a problem with corrosion on some of them. Has it got little black spots on the data side?0

Just trying dvd decrypter now, forgot about that one. It keeps coming up with errors (which Ive ignored). Hopefully I will recover enough of it but its still running.
As for ISObuster, I have downloaded it and will try if the first option doesnt work. Do I have to pay for it?
Thanks everyone for your help.Old Faithful we roam the range together,

Try the free version
Presumably you have checked for scratches, fingerprints etc, and tried a different drive?
unstoppable copier may possibly be useful!!

DVD decrypter recovered some of the disk, thankfully the wedding service!!!
However it couldnt get past the second VOB file and kept hanging, I will get some alcohol and clean the disk. Just trying isobuster now...Old Faithful we roam the range together,

This might sound like a crazy thing to do, but put the disc in the freezer for 24 hours and try again (with it as clean as possible obviously):idea:0

It seems like the only way is to get it cleaned properly then if not try the freezer option, I presume you let it thaw a little first or does it not need to?Old Faithful we roam the range together,

20 mins thawing would be fine:idea:0

Hi, tried all the suggestions, simply I think the DVD is completely gone.
Thankfully I have borrowed an old VHS player and I still have my copying leads so all is not lost, this time I will make a DVD and a copy on my spare hard drive. I do hope that is enough!Old Faithful we roam the range together,
