sky no ITV2 being received

Do any of you have any idea why i can't receive itv2 when i can most of other channels? It is most annoying when I am paying for the full package. My husband phoned and complained and they had him fiddling with buttons but its off tonight. Any ideas appreciated.

    I assume you are on Satellite? You could try manually tuning your system to ITV2? This link will tell you how to do it...

    Firstly I would say you should think yourself lucky that you havent got it as you may have accidently turned over to it by mistake. However I assume from your post and response to the filter joke that you actually want to be able to watch it for some odd reason.

    You say you can receive "most" other channels? This suggests that there are at least a few channels that you cannot get which starts to suggest a slight problem in your setup

    We are having terrible problems with sky, picture freezing all the time. So on two occasions ive tried to call them and tonight after being on hold for 41 mins and still not got to speak to customer sevices I decided to give it up as a bad job and they are getting a cancellation letter.
