No Refund On Listing Fee

Listed on item on 10p listing day it didn't sell so i relisted and sold the second time around.

I noticed the second insertion fee hadn't been credited and contacted Ebay.
They are saying i didn't relist, just use the sell option when i know full well i clicked on relist in the drop down box.

Any ideas.

find the original listing, if you have relisted it, then it should say, "This item or one like it has been relisted" near where the starting bid is.

Yes, it does say that - going to email them back

I've also checked my unsold items and the relist box is ticked.
