My PC monitor somtimes turns blue, has it a problem that could be fixed ?

Check the cable that plugs into the computer from the monitor, make sure it's plugged in correctly. My TV/monitor goes blank if it gets the slightest nudge because the monitor cable is on its last legs.
Pull it out of the back of the computer, then put it back in just to be sure.0 -

checked both ends? any kinks in the cable?!!

As said previously check the connections are tight, check for kinks and the oft missed one look into the ends of the connectors are check that the pins are straight. If there's a bent pin unplug both ends of the cable and straighten it either with needlenose plies (very gently) or if you can a pair of tweezers (you can normally apply a litle more pressure with the tweezers).0
