Panda Internet Security 2011 - any good?

I have the possibility of using my friends spare licence for Panda Internet Security 2011 but am a little confused as to what it provides.
Antivirus is mentioned on the official Panda website but then most reviews only refer to Mal-ware protection.
Can anyone tell me what protection this provides, if its any good and whether it'll destroy my 3 and half year old laptop?
For reference I have 1.5GB RAM and Intel T2050 processor and have Avast, Ad-aware and Microsoft Defender running. If I use the Panda stuff, can I remove Avast/Ad-aware?

I would stick with the current software you have already.
Panda is not a good AV, IMHO.0
