ESA + JSA Couple Claim?

I have health problems and I am on ESA and my girlfriend is on JSA as she is 25 weeks pregnant and will soon go onto Income Support.

I live with my parents and my girlfriend as had to move in with us as she as been forced to leave her house. Now they want us to claim togeather by confirming we are a couple.

May I ask what changes will happen and should we even bother as she is only on JSA for another 4 weeks then moved to Income Support.

Thanks.

I think you'd have to have a joint ESA claim, and she wouldn't get income support as she wouldn't be classed as a single parent
