Miss selling draft letter

Need to draft and submit a letter for miss selling against an IFA to my investment company.
It is not a mortgage endowment.
It is with regards to an IFA not telling the full truth with regards penalties on changing the maturity date of an investment.
Anyone got a web page for something like this. I know Which has on e for mortgagees.

You have to complain to whoever sold you the product - ie the IFA.Not the product provider.
The basis for complaints is much the same for all products - ie product not suitable for you, IFA failed to match your attitude to risk, etc
